What are peptides?
Each and every organ and system in the human body needs specific peptides responsible for controlling the cellular functions. Peptides control all processes, from immune system to emotions. Peptides in the spleen have a special role: they are universal chemical transmitters of “messages”, controlling, regulating and stabilizing the cells of the immune system, thus increasing its protective function. These peptides are an integral part of the normal function of the immune system and are called cytokines.
Cytokines are released by the white blood cells and by tissue cells. Small proteins or biological factors such as interleukins, chemokines, lymphokines, interferons, etc can be assigned to the cytokines.
Several studies prove that peptides derived from spleen of the mammals -in the form of capsules containing glycoproteins from reticuloendothelial cell- support the function of the immune system, reducing the deficiency of immune factors (cytokines).
How does NORMACELL help?

What is the composition of NORMACELL?
NORMACELL is a food supplement extracted from natural products. It stimulates the re-establishement of the balance and stability of the immune system in case of lymphocyte and immuno deficiency.
One capsule contains 100.2 mg oligo- and polypeptides from swine spleen.
The capsules also contain sorbitol – 49.1 mg, maltodextrin – 49.1 mg, sucrose, magnesium stearate – 1 mg. The film-coating of the tablets contains hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, iron oxide – yellow, glycerol, titanium dioxide, vegetable oil. The soft gelatin capsule contains soybean oil, lecithin. Additional ingredients of the casing are gelatin, glycerol, titanium oxide, iron oxide – yellow.
NORMACELL does not contain potentially allergenic peptides. NORMACELL is manufactured in Germany according to standard ISO 9001-2000.
What is the effect of glycopeptides?
Upon administration of such glycopeptides the total number of blood cells and lymphocytes increases, as well as interleukin 2 and 3, and interferon gamma (INF-γ). These and similar interleukins activate CD4 cells of the cellular arm of the immune response. They stimulate the growth and differentiation of T cells, modulate the cytotoxicity of T-lymphocytes and natural killer cells and enhance the attraction of macrophages to a certain antigen. Glycopeptides may be administered in various conditions of suppressed immunity, viral (influenza, hepatitis) and other infections.
Some studies report of a reduction in tumor growth and of a decrease of the number of metastases at the time of administration of glycopeptides in cancer patients. NORMACELL improves the general condition, appetite and gain of weight when administered before and/or after radiotherapy and chemotherapy to patients with malignant tumors.
What is the duration of the treatment with NORMACELL?
The duration of the treatment is individual, according to severity of symptoms. In cancer diseases an intake of NORMACELL before, during and after specific treatment is recommended, at least for a year. A lifelong intake would be optimal.
How to take NORMACELL?
NORMACELL should be taken three times daily, one capsules orally with liquid, 30 minutes before meals.The packaging contains 90 capsules of purified and concentrated oligopeptides – sufficient for one month treatment.
Important! Do not take proteolytic (protein degrading) enzymes together with NORMACELL as this may reduce the activity of the product.
Storage: Store in a dry place below 25 ° C. Do not absorb in case of sensitization towards one of the components.
Contraindication: NORMACELL should not be given to pregnant women and children under 12 years of age.
